Guests

All reservations are limited to a maximum of 6 people including registered guests and visitors unless otherwise approved by management. Rates are based on this maximum occupancy. The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old.

Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. 

Damage/Fees

In the event of damage to the site, loss or theft of items, or the need for excessive cleaning, the card on file will be charged to cover the associated costs.

Electrical

Monitor amp usage; exceeding 50 amps may trip your breaker. Only resort staff can repair electrical issues.  

No adapters or frayed cords allowed.  The resort is not responsible for power or water outages. Generators allowed during outages if positioned 5+ feet away and not disruptive. Excessive long-term electrical usage may incur additional charges. Utility damage will be charged to the card on file.

General 

• Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, visitors, or pets.
• Bourbon Springs RV Resort, its owners, and staff are not liable for guest safety, injuries, or loss/theft of personal property or vehicles due to theft, vandalism, fire, natural disasters, or acts of God.
• Bourbon Springs RV Resort reserves the right to evict anyone not following rules.
• Guests must carry insurance for RVs, vehicles, and property (minimum $100,000 liability) and use park facilities at their own risk.
• NO PARKING ON GRASS
• No primitive camping or tents allowed.
• In winter, use a heated water hose and insulated hydrant cover.
• Washing RVs/vehicles, parking on grass, or hanging items from trees is prohibited.
• Keep sites clean and free of debris.
• Wildlife (coyotes, reptiles, etc.) is present—supervise pets and kids; the resort isn’t liable for wildlife injuries.
• Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
• Children under 18 shall be supervised by an adult at all times.
• The use of firearms or illegal drugs of any kind is PROHIBITED in the resort and will result in immediate eviction.  
• Respect private residences, retention ponds, and construction zones (entry prohibited).
• Bourbon Springs RV Resort is located in close proximity to the US Army training facilities at Fort Knox. Guests are aware of the potential for noise from these training exercises.
• Guests understand that our resort is still undergoing construction. For your safety, please stay only on your reserved site or in designated common areas. Do not attempt to enter any construction zones. Bourbon Springs RV Resort, its owners, and staff assume no responsibility or liability for individuals who enter the construction zone.
• Guests understand that not all amenities may be available during their stay due to ongoing construction and development. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to enhance our resort facilities.
• Open Fires
• Open Fires are not permitted in the resort.  Fires must be contained in fire pits.  Personal propane grills and fire pits are permitted.  All fires must be extinguished before retiring for the night.  Do not put hot coals in garbage containers.  Portable fire pit rentals are available by contacting the resort office. Fireworks of any kind are prohibited.

Pet Policy

We are delighted to have you and your furry friends with us.  To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please adhere to the following pet policies:  Pets must be always kept on a physical leash when outside your vehicle.  Dogs may be off leash within the designated Dog Park area provided their owners remain in control.  Electronic leashes are not permitted.  Pets may not be left unattended.  Pets must be non-aggressive and well-behaved regardless of breed.  Please see the full Terms of Service for a list of non-allowed breeds.  Pets may not be tethered to ANYTHING.  Pet pens or pet fencing are not allowed on sites.  Please be responsible pet owners and immediately clean up after your pet, no matter where on the property the waste occurs.  A $10 cleaning fee will be applied to your card on file if pet waste is found at your site after departure or if you fail to clean up throughout the park.  Dogs and cats only.  There is a maximum limit of two pets per reserved site—no exceptions.  A pet charge of $1/per day includes up to two pets.  Owners are responsible for their pets and their actions at all times.  The resort is not responsible for any injuries to pets, no matter how acquired.  If your pet causes harm to another pet or individual, you will be held responsible, and your stay will be immediately terminated without a refund.  Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is deemed unsuitable for the serenity or safety of our guests or the resort. 

Pond Policy

Our pond is designated for catch and release fishing only. Absolutely no trotlines, cast nets or unattended lines. All guests are welcome to enjoy fishing. However, swimming or wading in the pond is strictly prohibited. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Quiet Hours Policy

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (extended to midnight on select holidays). Be courteous to others—loud music and disruptive noise are prohibited at all times. Profanity, violence, or rule violations may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Smoking

Bourbon Springs RV Resort is non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside buildings, within 25 feet of any structure, and in common areas (pool, pavilions, pickleball courts, dog park, fire pit, playground, etc.). Dispose of cigarette butts properly—a $25 cleaning fee will be charged for littered butts at your site. Illegal activities are not tolerated.

Trash Disposal

Help us keep the resort clean by properly disposing of trash in designated containers and dumpsters. Do not overfill or leave trash on the ground, as wildlife is attracted to improperly disposed waste. Hazardous materials, furniture, oil, and wires are prohibited. Ensure your site is clean upon departure—a $25 fee may apply for excessive debris. If bins are full, contact resort staff.

Vehicle Policy

Each site allows one RV and one vehicle unless otherwise specified. Additional vehicles must be approved by management and parked in designated areas. Parking on roads or grass is strictly prohibited, and damage to grass may result in additional charges. To maintain resort standards, all RVs must be 10 years old or newer and in excellent, maintenance-free condition. The speed limit is 5 mph for the safety of all guests, children, and pets.

Visitors

Only registered guests are allowed to enter the park. All visitors must stop by the office to register, pay a visitor fee of $10 per day, and obtain a parking pass. 

Water/Sewer

Leaking sewer pipes are not permitted. If staff observe leaks, sewer access may be suspended until repairs are completed.

Sewer lines must be elevated off the ground and properly sloped to ensure effective flow into the riser.

In the event of damage to any of the utilities at the site, the card on file will be charged to repair the damages accordingly.

Bourbon Springs RV Resort reserves the right to change, amend or otherwise modify the policies and rates at any time.  The most updated version will be available upon request or on the resort’s booking site.   Guests' use of the reservation/site/amenities is an acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions, regardless of whether signed policies for that reservation have been returned to the Resort.  Guests’ credit card information is stored and processed securely.
